With the existing automatic cache refresh after 7 days,
- ALL recipients who received their last email less than 1 week ago will
remain cached for 24-31 days.
- ALL recipients who received their last email 1-2 weeks ago will remain
cached for 17-24 days.
- ALL recipients who received their last email 2-3 weeks ago will remain
cached for 10-17 days.
