SQLite will not work as default_database_type because there is no write support. There may be other reasons as well, but that one is enough.
+1 there is always patches to add in the mix, but postfix works well with opendkim, pypolicy-spf, and dmarc now, hoppefully dkim-adsp valid pass now here from me
