strange sender_access_maps issue

Good afternoon List. Apologies for posting again. I have a strange issue with my sender_access_maps where the DISCARD & REJECTS work as expected, yet a hold does not I am seeing this in the logs. Dec  9 12:57:39 mx1 postfix/smtpd[395]: NOQUEUE: hold: RCPT from host.name.com[x.x.x.x]: <sen...@domain.name>: Sender address triggers HOLD action; from=<sen...@domain.name> to=<27828371...@vodamail.co.za> proto=ESMTP helo=<host.name.com> nb: names have been changed to protect the innocent Any ideas what could be causing this?
