Postfix is an MTA (Mail Transport Agent, or mail server).  Things like
what goes in your email signature, etc. are a matter of MUA (Mail User
Agent, aka: mail client or mail application) use and configuration.
So: Wrong mailing list :).

Figure out what email application you're using (hmmm... looks like
gmail via their web interface...?  Not certain how Postfix figures
into this...) and look up the docs for it.
