OK, it seems I need to refresh my memory on this part of the
configuration; what I remember is that this is where you configure
message delivery lookups, and can customize error messages, rather than
explicitly creating error conditions.  If you had stopped there, perhaps
with the "don't blame postfix" sentence, then I would have proceeded in
that direction with a far better opinion than I will now.
Unfortunately, I don't have access to your internal main.cf to correct
its deficient error messages ;-)

I've already brought the issue up in the zimbra forums, which seems like
the appropriate place to continue this part of the discussion.

While it's a much more minor matter, the ID suggestion *is* still
pertinent - that's *not* something a simple configuration hack will fix,
and it would be nice to have.
