I did some extra tests, and found that MAIL/RCPT/RSET/QUIT is
handled as expected by the mail servers at 213.199.180.150,
94.245.120.86, 216.32.180.22, and 65.55.88.22.

The same sites also pass a variation on this test that uses
MAIL/RSET/QUIT. It's encouraging to see that they did not only fix
the specific case of MAIL/RCPT/RSET/QUIT that was reported.

Michael, thanks for helping.
