If you feel you are a newbie, then go for dovecot. dbmail is not widely
used. (please understand that this isn't the right place to compare
them, because this could result in a long mypopisrich thread that is
totally unrelated to postfix).

dovecot shouldn't be hard to setup. it has a mailing-list if you have
questions, problems, ... Also take a look at the wiki:
http://wiki.dovecot.org/
you should be able to find tutorials & the like.

these are servers, so they don't look like anything in screenshots.
