I asked for help regarding the below event some time ago.
Now one of my users are trying to communicate with another user, also
with utf8 in their domain.
A mail have successfully been delivered:

As I read this, the remote serve requires utf8, but also uses the
alternative utf8-free address.
Is this normal?
I also see something that looks like that I am not offering what the
sender need.
Again, I'm mostly curious if I need to change anything to act
responsibly for my users.

Two questions...
1) Any way to solve this? (Without being unwise)
Or is it the receiving server that have issues?
2) My user claims not getting a bounce, can I see if this is correct?
