Reintegration into monolothic milter-protocol.txt.
These "tiny flakes of knowledge" are much harder to grasp, with
the back and forth link jumping, and then you stand here and want
to be there because you have forgotten that, and then you end up
with certain lynx instances (or graphical browser tabulators).
How nice it is to have a nice piece of text flowing (as far as
that is possible), and you can page up or down or even search,
also incrementally.  HTML always was backward in that regard.

That draft should be revived in my opinion, i have never
understood why it didn't make it.  And not alone, luckily.
