Please post the unmangled output of "postconf -n", and all pickup(8), smtpd(8) and cleanup(8) entries from master.cf. The masquerade_domains feature has not changed for at least 6 years. If masquerading is not taking place your configuration differs from what you report or you have rewriting disabled in some contexts typically via receive_override_options. -- Viktor.
