Neglible impact. That‘s what DNS is for.
Postfix doesn‘t do the resolving, it‘s up to your system configuration (you should have a local caching resolver for best performance).

Does postfix prefers A record more than DNA Alias ?
And is there any performance or other issue with Alias records ?
