As it says, it sounds like you've got a connectivity problem to their
servers, specifically one of their Indian MXes.

As suggested, please read their explanation:

   1. the message you attempted to send exhibited characteristics

That said, Yahoo (and Hotmail) are also known to permanently defer
mail from "unknown" high volume sending IPs. You should lookup their
guide on getting yourself whitelisted as a bulk sender if that's the
case.
