There is essentially one effective RBL, and then all the rest. While,
with care, you may be able to find some additional RBLs that serve you
well, the one you should typically start with is zen.spamhaus.org. Note,
use of the public DNS view is free for small sites, but high volume
sites must pay for a data feed.

I've been one of the lucky ones that has successfully registered for the
Barracuda RBL and actually received the welcome email. SA has been
given a lot less work lately. I had zen first in the stack, with
barracuda second...was about 1 to 1 the first couple of weeks....then b
stated catching more. When I reversed them, b is now flagging 8:1.
