$ apt-get install courier-authdaemon courier-authlib courier-authlib-mysql
Se não usar mysql, instale a authlib apropriada:
$ apt-cache search courier-authlib

courier-authlib-dev - Development libraries for the Courier
authentication library
courier-authlib-ldap - LDAP support for the Courier authentication library
courier-authlib-mysql - MySQL support for the Courier authentication library

authdaemond: file not found
Verifiquei no diretório /etc/courier, que o arquivo authdaemonrc não é criado.
Como posso resolveer este erro?
