Olá Marcelo.
Muito provável que seu header/body_checks estão muito grandes e/ou mal
escritos. Faça o teste de desabilitar o header/body_checks por alguns
minutos e veja se o load volta ao normal.
Dicas para o header/body_checks:
1- não use regex, prefira sempre qdo puder, pcre
2- escreva o máximo que puder em uma linha só
3- mantenha-os pequenos.
