Call for proposals for the Europa Challenge of NASA http://nasaeuropachallenge.com/
NASA and ESA challenge teams to use their open source virtual globe platform, together with open data such as those of Copernicus, to create an app that makes urban life more livable and sustainable. Teams can come from high schools, research or the professional life. Groups must submit their proposals by 7 August 2017.
