Olá Victor, De facto para se fazerem análises sérias e derivação de cartas climatológicas fiáveis, a base deverá ser os tais 30 anos que referes. Penso que embora estes dados não sirvam para isso, pelos menos servirão para a construção de alguns sites dedicados por exemplo ao turismo. Finalmente podes ter uma layer com estes dados em tempo quase real.
