Forgot to add, with my below diff I tested kcaldav on:
OpenBSD 6.6-current (GENERIC.MP) #622: Mon Jan 27 00:12:59 MST 2020

I only tested loging in to /kcaldav/home.html and this part works. No
more infinite spinning wheel.
