Here is a patch for devel/p5-Carp-Always :
i) Update to 0.16
ii) Remove the unneeded patch
iii) Add p5-Test-Base as TEST_DEPENDS
iv) Update DESCR
v) Add AUTHOR_TESTING to MAKE_ENV
It build well and pass all tests on amd64-current system.
One port depends on it: textproc/p5-LaTeX-Encode, it build
well and pass all tests with this patch.
