This updates cmu-sphinxbase to the latest recommended release.
Yes, this recommended release is numbered "5prealpha" which
deviates from the numbering scheme used by previous releases.
I cannot explain this. But even Debian stable ships this release.
I'll send out a corresponding diff for cmu-sphinx3 shortly.
