Thanks all for your comments. Since I don't see a firm resolution as to where libotf should go, I followed Brian's lead and used devel/libotf. Also, I propagated your suggestions for libotf through to the other ports, and they pass portcheck and port-lib-depends-check. Attached are three new archives that have updated ports.
