You don't need to send the category Makefile. Additionally, I think the category is wrong. This probably belongs under one of multimedia/net/www. I chose multimedia, but www would also be a strong candidate (youtube-dl lives in www, for example).

The README.md on the GitHub page says that ffmpeg is required, as well as rtmpdump being optional. We have both, so might as well just make them both RDEPs.

Additionally, I cleaned up a number of things. Take note, for example, how you select to use Python 3 by default.
