Ah, this will be because of my mistake with COMPILER_LIBCXX in rust
WANTLIB so it should be fixed already.
This dependency is already in LIB_DEPENDS (it doesn't need to come
from RUN_DEPENDS), but that will have been stripped as there was no
matching WANTLIB entry.
