Yes, I've compile tested these deps on i386 without any problem: biology/py-biopython devel/ipython games/singularity geo/gdal geo/py-proj graphics/opencv graphics/py-matplotlib graphics/py-sane math/lpsolve/python math/py-gnuplot math/py-scipy math/veusz net/websockify print/printrun x11/py-gtk2 Diff is online if needed.
