Hi all,

Taking a crack at my second port--everything appears to be working,
and I'd appreciate testing!

I do have some questions about the ports fortran infrastructure
though. There was a discussion several years ago about default fortran
compilers, and whether g77 might be just a legacy holdover.
http://marc.info/?l=openbsd-ports&m=132031647401170&w=2

I was unable to build this with gfortran, apparently because of issues
mixing gfortran with math/blas and math/lapack, which are compiled
with g77. Is there a reason why the various fortran-using scientific
ports haven't switched to gfortran?

On a related note, make lib-depends-check on my port returns "Extra:
g2c.8". I think this is a function of including the fortran module and
requiring g77. Any thoughts on how / whether to clean that issue up?

Best,
Peter
