I don't think so. You won't enable every service blindly, do you? And
the note about SoundFont bank required is in fluidsynth/pkg/DESCR
already. The only problem is to actually make it act like a daemon -
IIRC, fluidsynth tends to exit if no stdin is available... I'll take a
look what could be done there.

So, what about putting a note into openttd's README for now? I'll
remove it once fluidsynth situation is resolved.
