I think this should use the full version rather than ${V}. The p2 is
harder to spot and using the full version will make it clear that it
will need to be adjusted for the next TL release.

When the fonts were moved around, the @conflict in PLIST-buildset
should have been updated, I think that should be:
@conflict texlive_texmf-minimal-<2013p0
