(Previous version was affected too).
On import it says:
Read-Error.
Internal import error.
On export:
Error saving the document Untitled1:
Read-Error.
Internal import error.
I have found similar issue with proposed patch

Could someone try to reproduce the issue and try that patch (I have
kinda limited environment and unable to build monster ports)?
