OpenBSD 4.9 used the name p5-UUID for what is now known as p5-ossp-uuid,
so either this new port needs EPOCH and remove the quirks marker for updates
from 4.9, or a new name (maybe p5-UUID-e2fs?). Any preference?

This is needed for the vmware perl sdk which can't be patched to use an
alternative uuid implementation due to stupid license terms.
