I feel (maybe incorrectly?) like notebook.tcl should point to
${PREFIX}/bin/notebook${MODTCL_BIN} for ease of use.
Also patches/patch-notebook_tcl should be pointing to ${MODTK_BIN} instead of
"#!/usr/local/bin/wish8.5".
