SEPARATE_BUILD=(simple|concurrent) -> Yes

Documentation for SEPARATE_BUILD=concurrent was removed in 2003 and
there's no code for it, it's just handled the same as 'anything other
than "flavored" or no'.

Any OKs to change all of (simple|concurrent) to just 'Yes' to
simplify things?
