Hi,

Changes:
- updated to ZeroMQ-2.1.7,
- traded -pedantic for -Werror (per tedu@'s earlier comment),
- SHARED_ONLY=Yes, because all binaries were removed in 2.1.x.

Can we assume that maintainer timed-out (2 weeks+) or is no one interested 
in this?
