You can pick that one up from ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/distfiles/, the makefiles would eventually get round to it, but there are several mirrors for CPAN to work through... The problem with clean comes from running "/usr/bin/perl mylib/gen-tests.perl lib/POE.pm" in build and fake-install stages.
