Port is at http://www.darwinsys.com/openbsd/myports/py-dev.tar.gz
Upstream is named "pydev" but I stuck in the "-" like we did with e.g., pydns.
Did not make it depend on Python as it can use either Python or Jython (port in
progress) for the actual running of Python files. Comments/Clues/OKs? Thanks
