Ya, the web UI isn't supported via IPv6 yet. They'll probably work on that 
later since it is the lowest priority todo item for v6 support.

Transmisson will only connect to v4 trackers at the moment unless
an explicit v6 address is specified. It'll connect to IPv6 peers via DHT.

1.6 will add dual tracker support and re-enable connecting to trackers via v6
if the hostname resolves to an AAAA record.
