I imported it for security/libdigidocpp which stopped requiring it some time 
ago.
There were no other consumers in our tree.

Our 4.1.0 is outdated and unlikely to be updated to the current 4.2.0 unless
someone ports the then required build2 build system for xsd, the successor of 
the
mess currently contained in xsd itself:

    USE_GMAKE =             Yes

OK to remove?

If by any chance someone needs this again, they can revive (and update) it.
