Portroach doesn't handle DIST_TUPLE. This case is simple enough that
it can be replaced with GH_ACCOUNT/GH_PROJECT/GH_TAGNAME, which does.
/etc/ in daemon_flags in the rc script should be ${SYSCONFDIR}.
