uncompyle6 often breaks with Python updates (the version we have now won't run on Python 3.12 and newer versions require newer setuptools which is a bit awkward to handle in ports at the moment). It's not used by other ports.
Furthermore at runtime it only targets decompiling bytecode up to Python 3.9, so it's not of very wide use on OpenBSD where ports/packages are using newer versions, so it doesn't seem hugely useful to have in ports at this point. If needed, it can be installed easily in a venv. OK to remove?
