It was just some defs not in LibreSSL crypto.h but in OpenSSL

But now I am thinking. This patch will probably end in the next version of exim. But, in the meantime, we will still build against the latest release version. So, shouldn't those patches be merged in the port until next exim version? I am not sure there will be an exim release before 7.7.
