The amd64 patches for IBT need to be reapplied and updated. Could
someone with hardware to test and please be able to look into this?
i dunno if its related or not, but the patch you sent applies to the
portstree, but the patches themselves under patches/ dont apply on the
1.5.0 upstream tarball:
I think that's expected, they need reworking for upstream changes.
If you want to test on aarch64 you can rm patches/patch-src_x86*
