OpenMotif 2.3.0 adds support for UTF-8 and antialiased fonts (by using

I have been running with this now for about 2 weeks and the dependend
ports work fine with it. editors/nedit will need a small patch to
build with this OpenMotif version (CFLAGS+= -DBUILD_UNTESTED_NEDIT).
Since openmotif is ~17MB and openmotif-demos is only ~800KB, I am
considering including the demos in the main package.

This is one of the ports where you have to deinstall an old version
before you can build OpenMotif 2.3.0.
If there are no objections, this will go in soon (I have an OK).
