Here is a patch for textproc/p5-Template:
i) Update to 3.101
ii) Add missing TEST_DEPENDS.
It build well and pass all tests on amd64-current system.
Many(20+) ports depend on textproc/p5-Template，I had
tested some of these ports, include:
www/p5-Dancer
www/p5-Dancer2
devel/p5-Devel-Cover
www/p5-Catalyst-Devel
All build well and pass all tests.
