productivity/py-caldav: Update to 1.3.6

Hi, ports@:

    Here is a simple patch for productivity/py-caldav to update to 1.3.6.
    It build well and run well on amd64-current system.

    30+ tests pass and 6 tests fail, same as the current version but not
caused by this patch.
