The file does get installed so in a normal port this wpuld need a bump,
although it doesn't really matter here in this "always-update" port, so I'm
OK with this as-is.

Actually: can we stop doing bumps for quirks? we have been doing them
for convention but it's not needed and does often get in the way ..
