To extract the packages that were affected by this, would it be done using a
method like the following?

find /usr/local/poudriere/data/packages/*/All/ -iname \*.pkg -exec sh -c 'pkg info -R -F "${1}" | grep -q
-m 1 -e "ldconfig.*flag.*dir" && echo "${1}"' x {} \;

Hello.

@ldconfig in the commit of ports 7ca58c8a07cf3428b68d5f50c109e43114df3447 may
not be working.
I encountered that in filesystems/gvfs.

=======================<phase: configure      >============================
===== env: NO_DEPENDS=yes USER=nobody UID=65534 GID=65534
===>  Configuring for gvfs-1.58.4_1
ld-elf.so.1: Shared object "libpython3.12.so.1.0" not found, required by
"python3.12"
===>  Script "configure" failed unexpectedly.
Please report the problem to [email protected] [maintainer] and attach the
"/wrkdirs/usr/ports/filesystems/gvfs/work/gvfs-1.58.4/_build/meson-logs/meson-log.txt"
including the output of the failure of your make command. Also, it might be
a good idea to provide an overview of all packages installed on your system
(e.g. a /usr/local/sbin/pkg-static info -g -Ea).
