Could you check if your issue is related, or whether or not the ENV
environment variable is defined in your shell, and which shell it is?
"unset ENV" solves.
Shell is /bin/sh.
A wild guess is that it looks like there is a bug in SA that messes up
perl's %ENV when ENV exists in the shell environment, somehow.
(Net::DNS looks up environment variables during initialization, for the
mentioned PR it looks like the PATH was mangled?)
As I said, I'm very ignorant WRT perl.
I'll follow that bug, though.
