You might try (forcibly) deleting the existing packages for glib-\* &
gobject-introspection-\* -- e.g.
pkg delete -f glib-\* gobject-introspection-\*
then update ports as usual.
This is what worked for me, but afterward, I found a few ports
(gimp-app, gnumeric, json-glib libproxy, & libsoup3) had not picked
up some of the thus-updated libraries -- discovered by running
"pkg check -andqs", so I rebuilt those. Subsequent checks were clean.
