Issue #0 (general Quarterly issue): Quarterly is still based on pkg 2.1.0 (the time consuming version), not on the intended-improvement pkg 2.1.2 .
It is the large builds, such as "bulk -c -a" ones, that likely end up being far more noticeable, such as: 134arm64 taking 284:24:22 to finish 26477 (ampere1). 134amd64 taking 166:14:32 to finish 35963 (beefy14).
