Apart from "you should run something which is not EoL": if this does not depend upon TrueNAS provided binaries, copy a recent ports tree there, go to the serviio port, build it, deinstall the previous version, install the new version from the port. This solves your immediate need of updating serviio (2.4 only brings AV1 support according to the release notes, if you don't need that, there no need to update serviio).
