Hi,

I changed distname to all lowercase and it worked for me.

-DISTNAME=      pyOpenSSL-${PORTVERSION}
+DISTNAME=      pyopenssl-${PORTVERSION}


see pypi page and download files section, there is showing the distfile 
name.
